What does your business do?
Through diverse art exhibitions, performances, education, and stimulating discussions, Petaluma Arts Center highlights creativity in Petaluma and Sonoma County. Over 500 members create OUR arts center through volunteering, community donations, and collaborations.
What does your business do to help the environment and/or build social connection?
The core of Petaluma Arts Center’s (PAC) programming is called ‘creative-placemaking’ where creativity and culture emerges from ‘the local.’ PAC generated 6 exhibitions per year (and related exhibition programming); youth visual literacy programming with the public schools called VTS; and organizes public talks, performances and art workshops. PAC supports community and civic health by being a 'third place' which is a gathering spot for people to meet and connect. At least once exhibit per year addresses climate or sustainability.
